The force used in self defense may be sufficient for protection from apparent harm (not just an empty verbal threat) or to halt any danger from attack, but cannot be an excuse to continue the attack or use excessive force. We teach you how to defend yourself against grabs, chokes, hugs and other attacks, including fighting on the ground and when confronted by a weapon.

One thing we do differently than an exercise instructor – we coach specific to your needs .In a group personal training setting, students are often doing different training programs at their own customized level of interest and skill. Training will be designed around YOU.
