Program Design and Technique
This is the perfect time to really analyze and learn the finer details of techniques and movements used in class. While techniques are reviewed during class, some individuals like to slow down and really study and understand the techniques. This is also a great time to discuss any injuries that need to be addressed.
Customized training is very important to achieve goals. Different types of people need different types of training and this is the benefit of program design.
How It Works:
Our classes & open gym time are customized personal training for the individual, in a group setting.
One thing we do differently than an exercise instructor – we coach specific to your needs. In our classes & open gym, students are often doing different training programs at their own customized level of interest and skill. Training will be designed around YOU.
