Muay Thai is a dynamic martial arts class designed for both beginner and advanced students, offering a comprehensive approach to learning and growing in the sport. Regardless of your experience, our Muay Thai class prioritizes growth in a positive environment. Students are continuously challenged to step outside their comfort zones and develop both mental and physical strength. The class incorporates drills, heavy bag work, and sparring (for those ready), providing an environment for consistent progress and long-term success.
How It Works:
Our classes & open gym time are customized personal training for the individual, in a group setting.
One thing we do differently than an exercise instructor – we coach specific to your needs. In our classes & open gym, students are often doing different training programs at their own customized level of interest and skill. Training will be designed around YOU.
