Owner and head trainer Ray Norris has decades of experience as a strength and conditioning trainer. He studied strength and conditioning under legendary coaches Al Vermeil and Martin Rooney, and has become an expert in helping clients of all ages, body types and fitness levels achieve their goals and improve their overall health. We have an entire separate space in our facility dedicated to personal training clients.
How It Works:
Our group personal training classes are customized personal training for the individual, in a group setting.
One thing we do differently than an exercise instructor – we coach specific to your needs .In a group personal training setting, students are often doing different training programs at their own customized level of interest and skill. Training will be designed around YOU.
$99 per month for unlimited group personal training
$50 per month for unlimited classes
