A fitness bootcamp is a type of group physical training program conducted by gyms, personal trainers, and former military personnel. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time.

Our classes & open gym time are customized personal training for the individual, in a group setting.
One thing we do differently than an exercise instructor – we coach specific to your needs. In our classes & open gym, students are often doing different training programs at their own customized level of interest and skill. Training will be designed around YOU.
